Rain had been forecast for the weekend of the wedding. The rain held off, though. Instead, sun warmed our August days.
May the sun continue to warm their lives together, for as long as they both shall live.
These black and white photographs are stunning and capture the simple elegance of the wedding. I really love the one of the three of you. You all look very happy.
The photos seem to catch folks laughing and just loving the days, didn’t they? Thank you.
Hope your toast went well.
The toast went very nicely, thank you! I didn’t need to use notes because I’d obsessively practiced for a couple of months. I think the rehearsals had de-sensitized me somewhat, too, so I didn’t cry all the way through it. Thank you for asking!
Life should always be simple. Whenever I read anything of yours, I realize that. Your porch alone can make me smile. I love the pictures! & I know you’re not giving it away, but I always thought you were in Mi!
Thank you, Heather. I’m humbled that you like my photos, since I take them with my iPhone. A life goal of mine is to get a camera. Maybe next year. No rush. Thank you for stopping by our porch. Someday, we’ll have a lemonade on that swing.
Beautiful photos! It looks like it was a wonderful and happy day. Congrats!! Hope your toast went well.
